Calibration.
The 6811-2RS bearings that are used in the MountOne require a tight fit inside their housings, I have been developing the MountOne using PETG-CF & PLA-CF, for both materials the same 72.00mm and 55.15mm sizes fit, and these are what is included in the MountOne STL Sets. I recommend PETG-CF for the MountOne & Astrographs.
The calibration rings are labelled as M1-CALIBRATION-ID-55.xx.stl & M1-CALIBRATION-OD-72.xx.stl. They increase in 0.05mm increments and can be used to find the perfect match for the 6811-2RS bearings.
The rings should be difficult to fit onto the bearings, but not impossible to remove.
I advise printing the base 72.00mm & 55.15mm rings and checking they fit ok anyway. If they do not fit, adjust to find the right size, and then download the MountOne CAD Pack for the different sizes as only 72.00mm & 55.15mm are included in the MountOne STL Set.
